Can't wait for our new boy to get out of quarantine so he can meet
the ladies. That is good news on the egg color too...... are you going to
share a pic of it? Thanks for sharing one of the rescues with me.

Happy snow day everyone!!! Just waiting for my son to wake up to tell him that school is out. It is looking so pretty outside. Much better than ice!

are closed here today......yea!!!!

We are on full schedule! It is a winter wonderland here, but campus is 35 minutes south of me. I cancelled my 9:30 class, and may cancel the day, depending on how the snow goes. It's been falling steadily since dawn, and the ground was already white then. I'm not going to be the one responsible for my students having
wrecks trying to get in and get the last lecture before an exam! Nor do I want to be the one having the wreck!

school was officially canceled here today. right now, im on murray mcmurry hatchery's youtube....you know what im thinking...LOL I need to wait for easter! I want to get seramas for the HAL so bad!

Serama are barely laying.. I have been keeping an egg spread sheet.. zero to 2 eggs a day. I have been setting whatever I get. Fertility has been steadily improving. If mother nature gets her act together they will start laying like crazy, they prefer warmer weather. I usually have a bunch of broody hens by now.
