Ok... here we go... I need sexes and colors!

There are 2 red cochin for sure, I'm pretty positive the white colored one is a roo... but I think now the pattern on the feather looks like a barring?

The two black ones are from a cochin/silkie (frizzle) and Easter egger. They came out of green eggs. Just curious on the sexing.

And all our bantams.

P.s. - That pretty white cochin, is not looking for a new home... I have too many roos versus hens here!

NH.... GREAT JOB!

Cochin bantams are tricky.

hatching update:
4 Blue OEs out and 2-3 pips, can't tell, eggs are rolling all over.

I thought them to be less tricky since I've been sexing silkies for years.... but I don't even bother to try with silkies at this point! LOL

Seeing I have to weed some chicks out, I only have room to keep 5 chicks this time around, and I have 9. So 4 need to go to new homes. The less roos I have the better, but I'm letting pullets go as well.

Thank you. I had a bunch of those old tupperware plastic hambuger press stack and stores... well they make excellent brooder beginner feed and water dishes.

I thought I they looked familar, I have them too in my brooders and you can stack them to bring the waterer up higher. I finally found a use for them after all these years.

would rather not have a Roo, but I may be able to take an extra chick or two off your hands and add them to my flock of Buff Orps and Speckled Sussex.
