Oh I wish I had my camera while I was just out watering everyone. FlapJack one of my EE pullets, just waddled around looking (for back of a better word) constipated, squatted down right in front of me, and out plopped an egg. I guess she really wanted me to know which egg was hers.

My birds are so sad and miserable looking! I know they can't wait for this rain to stop!! My poor blue bantam Cochin looks like she's lost half her weight!

One of the big girls yells at me every time I go out to visit her like it's my fault it's raining and she can't take a dust bath.

Still getting two eggs a day from the LF pen. Two more girls have big bright red combs. Anyone know which breed (Cinnamon Queen, Rhode Island Red, or Buff Orpington) is most likely to have laid the medium sized dark brown egg?

Does anyone know someone near me who has a dairy goat or a boer goat? I live near henderson and rutherford counties! I don't have much money so a mutt goat would be fine! I am on the path to a self-sustaining life and have my own milk would be awesome!
Thanks!
