Yep, space. Feed. Why can't I have all the pretties!?!![]()
I've decided to focus on my layers for my egg customers, and then limit to three breeds for potential showing. Those will be the English Orps, Brahmas, and Wellies. I can play with all sorts of colored eggs in my layers, as long as they lay big eggs, so that should keep me happy. I can put all the big pretties in there! But, with just a couple exceptions, I'll limit the showing birds to proper colors for showing, and try really hard not to get sucked in to all the pretty colors there. The exception is crele English Orps. Oh. My!![]()
Even though Hubby is willing to build another chickenhouse for me, I want to wait until I've sorted out what I really want and need. Self-control. I can do this!

Hello everyone holiday season and prep has me runing around like a mad woman. We are having to rent a car for christmas weekand i'm up to my eyeballs in cooking, we are making russian tea cakes, haystacks, sugar cookies, date nut bread, pumkin chessecake, pear honey, lasgna, and a red velvet cake. I love cooking but because of our limited place to store stuff we have to do it all on christmas eve and christmas day.

Ok ya'll would be so kind i really need some advice, i recently found out I'm pregnant. I told my mom and she is supportive and willing to help me. But when i told my boyfriend he told me he didn't want it. And if i chose to keep the baby, he wouldn't have anything to do with me or the child. Well, for me its a no brainer, i have always wanted to be a mom, though admittedly when i was older, and i will not give up this baby. But i love my boyfriend and we have been together since our first year of high school. He is younger than me and only 19. I'm kinda lost, on the one hand i don't want to lose him, but on the other i want soooo bad to be a mom and he knew this. Any advice for this youngin?
