we have a mandarin breeding pair, a white cheek bahama pintail breeding pair, 3 flower hens, 2 Maran hens (one is standard black and white, the other is a golden) and 1 hen Im still trying to figure out the type of breed lol. Then we have a mini rex rabbit, 2 snakes, a husky and mini schnauzer

Would love to see pictures.

And maybe we can help you figure out your mystery hen.

What a nasty rainy Christmas Eve in Lincolnton! Yuck! My girls and roo are not happy about it. I'm getting ready to bring them some Chef BoyRdee shortly as a treat so hopefully that'll help the mood. Lol
My kids are busting to open gifts and a wee bit stir crazy too. I've threatened to call Santa several times. Haha

Merry Christmas eve... I lost one of my girls today.. not sure what happened she has been fine went in the coop this morning to get eggs and she was laying there... sad day. Not sure if she was sick she had no visible marks or anything and here eyes seems clear and no runny nose... so i cleaned out the coop to be safe and sanitized just incase. I added pro biotics to there water and i guess i will watch and see what happens.. Hope all is well for everyone

Well, I must admit, mom broke a record tonight, as all the presents were wrapped up by 7:30 pm

YOU GO MOM!!

On another great note, I found a use for the kid's bunny, he gets to eat the other carrots that didn't get ate after "santa" had pumpkin eggnog and 3 cookies (minus one bite). Yes my kids leave 9 carrots for all the reindeer to eat. I like carrots but dang, only so much is fitting in at this hour of night
