While browsing through ebay eggs... guess what I happen to see? A Pic of our birds... so I go look at the listing and sure enough it is "Our Birds On Our Yard"

So me being me had to ask the seller a question about why they had to rip off my pic to sell their eggs.
Just goes to show you.... you never really know what you are buying off of ebay. Because if they really had what they said they had... why not post their own pics of their own chickens... instead of ripping off somebody elses?

Wow! What a joke! I can't stand people that do this, and the bad thing is, that when you yp bird breed into google, alot of photos from BYC, from all of the threads, come up. and then people can just steal them. I'd say from now on, put a signature line in the corner of your photo, or a watermarker over the whole photo, people won't steal them if the photo is marked/claimed.

That must be a pretty old link... my ebay account doesn't have a HELP link in the upper right hand corner.... I did report them by clicking on REPORT ITEM on the listing page. But that only let's you click what the report is about through drop down boxes and they do not contain the correct info... Hopefully they will send me an email to collect more details.

Thanks ladies... but all I get is the same drop down boxes... no direct contact with support. I am sure they will email me for details in a day or so. Their support kinda sucks... not all problems will be covered with their drop down selections.

You should report them to Ebay. Did they respond to you?
