Moores6... I have been meaning to tell you that I LOVE my earrings. My mom bought them from you at the Swap in Fayeteville. They are yellow beads with butterflies. At least I think they are from you..she said she got them from the girl that was selling the beaded eggs. I never even got to look at the craft side, I was busy selling chicks.

You are so welcome. I love using vintage beads. It was a very busy day for everyone. It was so nice meeting you and your mom and everyone else who came out.

I just finished carving my first porcelain egg last night, still have to under glaze it. It is a wheel thrown hollow egg.

That is just beautiful!

Next I will fire it and than put a clear glaze over it and fire it again.

The suro 20 is humming away. I started it last night. Had to fix the humidity pump, but that was a simple fix. It has been steady in temp all night and now humidity. 17 eggs went in a few hours ago. I should be able to add a couple more later today if 1 or 2 of the ladies decide to lay. Since it will only be one day I may add tomorrow's too.

Now I just hope some are fertile. If not I am going to have to find some day olds to buy for Daisy(Orp Hen). I already promised her chicks in 3 weeks.
