I second that... I'm not a nurse, but with the first one, the doctors got my hopes up for an early delivery by telling me I was "progressing" nicely by dialating and being fully effaced a full MONTH before my due date...needless to say, she was overdue by 5 days and even when I went into labor, I was still at the SAME dilation I was the month prior. Still...it's ALWAYS a good idea to pamper the pregnant lady as her time approaches!!As far as the baby goes, you're usually 2-3 cm the last month, and with both of mine I was 75% effaced by 38 weeks.
Rendering a guess without knowing the due date going on my experience working as a nurse in labor & delivery before deciding to be a stay at home mom-- you probably have another 2 weeks to go, so you should be good to go on Sunday.
