SOLD. I have some roosters available if anyone is interested. Three Dixie rainbow Roos approx 4-5 months old. And maybe 8 silkie Roos. Same age. I would like to get $1 each. Prefer all them to go together. Need the pen space. Located in Mocksville NC.

Hello everyone! What a sunny, beautiful day today!

I hope everyone is doing well. The owner of the house we're renting has decided that it's not worth fixing the mold and heating issues in the house, and has given us three months to move out, so now comes the stressful part of packing, house hunting, loan applications, etc.

Hope everyone is drying out after all that rain! My poor chickens coop floor is almost mud! Really poor drainage. Hopefully wherever we move to, I'll be able to give them a better coop.

Come to Fayetteville, I have a house I am about to put on the market, if you come now, I'll leave up the chicken pens and coop, plus it has an irrigation system from my nursery...1.25 acres, brick, vinyl.windows, water feature with waterfall, brick paver patio, sitting wall and fire pit. Hate to leave it but my new 46 acre spread was calling me!

As appealing as that offer is, my husbands job is in Greensboro/Winston Salem. I think we found a house though. It's one 1.15 acres, backed up to woods, last house on a dead end, so nice and secluded. Just waiting to hear if we've been approved for the loan we applied for.

I know that's right... Raising twin boys as the stay-at-home-dad. Yep, dad. Lol.

A couple pics, enjoying the outside sun.

I love this little girl, our De Fleur. She's 14.5 weeks old.

Hey semper, who did you get your Mille fleurs from?
-applause for another person going through what I'm going through with the kids- I'm homeschooling too and having fun with that. Hatching eggs for school...nothing better. :)
