Very blessed, God answers prayer.

Talked to an older cousin of mine today. Seems the military is going to assemble a bunch of barge style bridges.

Basically an all metal hollow pontoon type floating section.

They then use vertical pipe and drive it into the river bed. This allows each section to rise and fall as equipment is driven over it. but won't allow lateral movement.

Hopefully the "powers that be" learned their lesson with the pier over in the Middle East. You can't drive pyle in sand and expect it to stay put. Especially with ocean swells.
