Hi,
We live in the Tryon/Columbus area about 5 miles from I-26. I'm looking for shows too. Going to the Mountain State Fair near Asheville Airport which opens this week. (sept. 10-20 I think) Don't know how much of the livestock shows & displays include chickens, but we're going anyway. My hens are now laying a regular 5 or 6 eggs a day. (6 hens) They are spoiled and fun! Where do you live?

There's a pretty good poultry display at the Mountain State Fair.....never seen any Silkies there though. The exhibitors are not allowed to sell any birds

It's alot of fun to look at them, and the cute coops

family near vale, NC is selling peacocks for $125 a set. also small hens for $3, nomal size $5, and ducks $9

pm me for their # if interested. I found them through the IWANNA. They are all in geat shape and well taken care of.
