I'm so sorry! I absolutely love polish! I don't know if this is a viable option, but maybe set them up another coop? Depending on where you live, I am planning on going to see a guy this weekend who is selling a bunch of used coops for 50.00.

There's a show in Morganton?!?!?! Will have to find some more info on that too! I may just come to look, as I don't really have anything special enough to show just yet. Maybe my ducks next year!

Oh Wow Only $50? I am in Franklin Nc not to far from you. How big are the coops?

He said he had various sizes. Used to raise pheasants. Apparently due to illness had to sell out all his birds. He told me to come by sometime this weekend and he'd make me a deal on them. That has been the extent of our conversation. I'm going to give him a call again today though, so if you're interested in one or two, pm me and I'll get your info and let you know what I find. It may not be worth it, but I'm trying to stay optimistic. It'd really cut down on my expense of building a bigger coop!

As much as I would love to keep them I really cant. I know me if I keep them than I will want to hatch out some eggs come spring and then I will have more and I really hate not letting my chickens free range when other ones get to. I really don't even have enough space for two coops I have to acres but it is skinny and wooded not much usable space. It would be best if I found them a new home

You live in Franklin right? How soon are you wanting to get rid of them? If you can keep them until I look at these new coops, I'll give them a home! Are you wanting anything for the cuties?
