gavin what are the breed of your new eggs? HT do you have any recent pics? I know they were adorable when they were just hatched don't think we've seen them since have we? I have 2 roos and getting a silkie roo from Bat Cave I just don't think another roo would work out,

haha! No, they are great. Maybe a bit more rich than chicken eggs? Not much though. I love em, we hard boil them and have them as snacks. Stick em in the dd lunch. Kids will eat them b/c they are so tiny. A bit smaller than a ping pong ball.

Sounds good. I bet they'd be good as egg salad. My DH likes egg salad sandwitches for his lunch. I'd love to have a whole bunch of different types of birds but I'm not sure if my DH will allow it. So far we have chicks and we're getting some guineas this spring (totally excited about

). I've thought about talking him into ducks but the neighbor has ducks so he said we don't need any. Maybe my next mission will be to talk him into quail
