North Carolina

I have taken it .... this is only my second year taking it. Took me since 2000 to decide to take it.

I didn't and don't trust it. Do not trust much that is pushed so hard by any gov't agency. I did take it because of my FIL - I cannot do the things I have to do for him if I am sick. With his health he does not need flu - it would not be good at all.

So far, I only have a cold. Everyone else in house has had flu this week.

Considering how many things I am allergic to, I think next year I will claim to be allergic to eggs

So I don't have to take it.

I did not take it, I got SICK!!!! out for a week from school, and 2 weeks to recover. The problem is, from what I heard, is that if you got the shot early in the season, this particular strain of the flu is different and the shot will not work. That is why it seem much worse this year.

Based on symptoms alone, I think maybe DD and DH had two different strains....I have caught neither so far *knocks on wood* . I got my flu shot as soon as it came in........end of sept/first of oct.

I got the Flu in November. The worst part was the cough. The cough did not completely stop till the end of January. When the cough was at the worst part I had coughed so much that every muscle in my body hurt including my BUTT. I didn't know a person could cough so much that it could make your butt hurt.
