Just got home and read your post Neeleys, I was so hoping for a better out come like you were going to cut it open drain it and she would heal up quick. so sorry it didn't turn out that way. Please let us know how she is doing when you get home.

I got how and the temp was still to low so I turned it up. It is VERY touchy. It went from 97.3 to 100.4 in less than a minute. the humidity is still at 38

On the bright side, the pet expo is a really fun invitation only event. Last year a I won an entire reef aquarium set up. It's sitting in my living room with nothing but snails in it.

Guess what I went to Tractor supply today and didn't buy one chick, no don't think for a moment I didn't want too, Allabout they had Brahma Pullets

but I know my limits and didn't want to crowd out my other chickens so I used alot of strength and determination and got what I needed and left,, you know what I was really upset because some of those chicks had pasty butt, I doubt the staff there will do anything about it either.. I won't go back till there are no chicks for sale.. just can't deal with it...

At least today they had food and water,and heat, I have had to say something to them in the past because they didn't or the waterer was full of pine shavings

I really didn't think they would have them yet it's actually early for the one thats closest to me and thats 25 mile.

Oh Matt I am sorry but I only have so much room, I would have taken every one of them just to have gotten them out of there but my Dh says no more coops.
