lets let them be paint cause they are the most expensive of the silkie colors and when I put the saddle on one to go to town it'll look more like a horse then

I will probably leave my DH at home for this expo, because I find myself slipping up into "Fish Geekiness" and Dwayne and my brother NEVER let me live those moments down....

I WOULD NOT have gone near them. I literally crossed the street to get away from the one's in those cages. I am going to try to send one of my guys in my stead. If I deck them out with a cap and T-shirt, I think my oldest guy can handle it. Just have to see if he can swing the trip.

Just candled all the eggs for the first time prior to going in to lockdown, we lost 4 Barred Rock eggs (clear) and 1 Buff Orpington (clear), so that leave me with 9 Barred Rocks, 11 Buff Orpington and 8 Lavender Orps gone in to lockdown @ 7.30pm, temp is good - 100 and humidty of 60%

I hope the Barred Rocks hatch on Friday so they can come with me to the show on Sat.....
