These are incredible simple to make. I can't remember what site I originally got this from, but:

Ingredients:
1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookies
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup strawberry topping (from an 11.75-oz jar) - Pie filling/topping in the can works too
2 eggs
1 container (16 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 drops red food color, if you want that nice color

Directions:
PreHeat oven to 350°F.

Press cookie dough evenly into bottom of 13x9-inch pan. (If dough is sticky, use floured fingers.)

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and 3/4 cup of the strawberry topping with electric mixer on medium-high speed until well blended(1 min or so). Add eggs; beat until well blended and creamy(2 min or so). Spread evenly over cookie crust in pan.

Bake 30 minutes until center is set(times vary depending on your stove). Cool 1 hour. Center will sink slightly as it cools.

In medium bowl, mix whipped topping, food color, and remaining 1/4 cup strawberry topping. Spread topping mixture over cooled cream cheese layer. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until set.

Cut into squares to serve. I cut the pan 4X6 for small portions. Cover and refrigerate any remaining dessert.

My sister-in-law poured some chocolate sauce on a piece and declared it a masterpiece. You can experiment with what ever you like. That is the beauty of such a simple recipe.

I have tried 2x to hatch call eggs with no luck....

Sorry but I only have three chocolates and 2 grey and one pastel drake.
I got 8 eggs and hatched the 5 call ducks out of them.
I'm hopeing the breeder I got them from will be at the next swaps or shows.
So I can get a drake for each color as I hatched 5 girls.

Thanks so much for your help!

Those of you who sell eggs or chicks and live in NC, what type of certification do you have to have? I have emailed and called several Dept. Of Agriculture people and so far NO response. So, I thought I would ask the real experts, the people who have already done it themselves!
