Thank you so much misslydia for the ducks. Pics are on my blog and my red production hen is sitting on 4 duck eggs. Lol. They are moving their new home. And they love the grass.

I wish I knew what to tell you on the "permits" for chickens. I can tell you that I am licensed by the State of NC to propogate waterfowl, pheasants, turkeys, and quail. Waterfowl that are to be sold or otherwise transferred require the breeder to be licensed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service as well.

I don't know what to tell you about chickens though............

P.S. I just told her I found you on here and almost sent you a "quirky" anonymous message after telling Nat I was going to do so! Lol. I took her advise although she did laugh. My friend Ian in C.T. suggested I try to sell birds on this website. I have already been contacted by a lady wanting 1 or 2 pair of Mandarins. Take care!

Happy and sad at the same time this evening (more happy than sad

)..... Just confirmed my trip up to Crossroads!!!

So with that being said I will not be at the Morganton fall show this year.

I will miss seeing everyone but this is an opportunity of a lifetime for me.

I will be showing, nervously showing, as to my understanding last Crossroads (5 years ago) had over 14,000 birds.

So far I'm taking one LF orp and one or two bantam orps.
