Ok, I've created another chicken addict. Not the first time I've had a friend over who's gone head over heel for my chickens. She's already collecting wood to build a coop and she doesn't even know what chickens she wants yet?! That's excitement! hahaha

Anyways, she will be looking for chicks or pullets soon, and she'd like to get them locally.... so I may be back to bug you guys for any you may have available. She's not sure what she wants, but I know she wants something more docile and good with kids, and standard size layer. I'm placing a bet that an Easter Egger will be on the wish list.

NH - You take care of yourself now! Though I lost weight the 1st trimester with #2 also - felt awful and busy chasing around #1! But for your sake I hope that is the only thing you will have in common with my 2nd pregnancy - well, other than it ending in a quick all natural labor with a healthy, beautiful baby of course! But seriously, you take care of yourself!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for all the support!! Just to let you know the little chick is doing fine, holding its own against the other 8 in the brooder box! It really suprised me how quickly the little chick recovered with some warmth and tlc...........
