My Dad used to make this dish called Apples AdM & Eve that he got from some microwave cookbook. After he peeled and sliced the apples he would toss them in some brown sugar and cinnamon. Then he would top them with a mixture including instant apples & cinnamon oatmeal. I serve it hot with whipped cream!!!

You make the oatmeal and then put it over the apples, right??

What a day today...worked outside all day til around 3, went inside to get some work things done, and was going back outside to double check I have all in order for my NPIP test tomorrow morning....and fell spraining my right ankle. Luckily Hunter was home and has some sports medicine training, bc I was convinced it was broken. I can't walk but one of our friends is loaning me a walker from when he had a bad car accident a few years ago. Wish me luck with wrangling chickens to give them to the tester while using a walker.

Agh, but the best part of this dessert is once the apples are peeled and sliced it's only 15 min or so in the microwave !
