Bless your heart I would not go through that again for nothing, but you both will make it. Jl you by the skin of your teeth. My DD has 3 kids of her own and is seeing just what it is like to be a parent and she is doing it on her own. So what comes around goes around, or is that the other way? lol

I blame my MIL entirely. Its for all those times as DH was growing up and she said,"I hope you have 10 just like you!" She never thought about the wife!!!

Help!

I'm at TSC and they only have 20% corid. They do not have 8.9% and I'm concerned on how to mix this? It says only for cattle. The mix amount is 1 fl oz per 100 animal. Way impossible for to figure out the correct percent to administer? I'm on my cruddy phone, so having search issues and HATE to ask u guys to do the leg work for me, but I'm just stuck at TSC with the last bag. They only have a bottle of $70 sumlet left, and it looks like its opened anyways?

I am so not the best go-to for this but I did a search and found a pdf with all the avian drugs. This is for a 9.6% -

Amprolium (Corid) - 9.6%, 2-4 ml/gallon for 5 days

So if the solution is twice as strong wouldn't you just do 1-2 mls per gallon?

Here's the link to the article which looks like it will come in very handy for us all!

Good luck, vfem!

Thank u SCM, I saw this last night, wrote it down got to TSC and forgot the paper I wrote it on. Then I get her & they only carry 20% in stock. I found a website through uconn on my blackberry that suggest I dilute it .0016 cc per lb of poultry. Now how do I figure that into a gallon or water. Most of my birds are bantams (ok, ALL) so we're talking 1 lb birds!? I bought new waterers while I was here in case.

I am 99% positive its cocci! Talk about identical symptoms, and I watched a vidoe & that was exactly what I saw w/ Alpha. The timr spand was perfect too.
