Great job!!! I'm all about the Freecycling!!!! Kinda brings back memories. Mine was yellow with a Peter Cottontail print. Got my fingers pinched a few times too! Now I'm off to find a porta crib or playered as some call it. My wife had just said " you can't have this thing "4x4 brooder/ grow on pen, cover are two over sized screens (it works)" on the porch all the time. Until now I was stumped! Not now!!!! I really just need a barn like some lucky folks have!!! Then my big bator could come alive.. I would out grow my land if 1/3 hatch. Any one have land for me to freecycle? Lol. Pics coming of chics when wife get home tonight!
Peace,
Story

You won't meet a friendlier group of people who are always willing to share ideas, help and lend a hand!! Hope you enjoy your "visit" and become a "regular"!!

I have learned so much from everyone on here and consider them my poultry leaders!!

Great find Wild!! Now I have a few ideas of what our pack & play might end up being used for once it is no longer needed by the wee ones!!

Had a great visit at the doctors....baby was being difficult and was "hiding" in my back (really?? I couldn't TELL) and so they had a problem getting a heart rate on him/her. Finally a strong 166 was heard!! Should I start a guessing contest on whether it's a boy/girl and when he/she will arrive?? LOL...winners could receive....yeah, I'm out of ideas there!!

I hope everyone is having a great day. Our chickens were "punished" today because they laid in the woods....they had to stay cooped up ALL day. Tomorrow early afternoon they will be let out again!!

I hope that will teach them!! LOL

WRW - that is a great repurposing idea!! I may steal that! Well, at least the idea anyway.

Winner gets a cake? Oh, and not until the baby is more than a month old. Gotta give Momma a chance to rest up after that "labor".

For that matter, the "winner" needs to pick up in person and bring either a chicken gift or a baby gift. Wait. That sounds like a swap! Anyway, that's a couple of ideas for you. Tell the due date (again?) so we can guess. Even without a prize if I guessed correctly, I'd tell every person I ran into for a month that I won!
