Stephanimal - I am due (tentatively) at the end of March, beginning of April. I say tentatively because there have been complications and I may have to have a c-section (

) and who knows when they schedule that!! DH says he wants April 1st if that's the case because it was his original due date!!

Today is the big day here for us!! Tonight is our Christmas program at church and DD will be making her acting & singing debut!! I am nervous about the actual play as it is a very high emotional play (it's a tribute to all of our fallen soldiers and their families who are spending Christmas with an empty place at the table!!) It's a real tear-jerker...then again it could just be my hormones!!

"Break A Leg" NH & DD.

We had our Christmas special the weekend of Thanksgiving. My kids were Shepards & Angels. Shepards...yes , Angels....Ummm NOT !

Never the less... it was wonderful and they did sing like Angels.

We are having our Christmas service today, no Church next Sunday, so we can spend Christmas day with our family's. Yes, we have a very small and family/youth orientated Church. I love our Church family....all 70 something of them.

Now that all the birds are cooped, we have been going through the pens. I am now noticing how many have actually disappeared.

All young birds, from the grow out pens, that were free ranging during the day. I KNOW we have a fox, but I do have a few guns and my BIL is going to give me lessons. Also I will be adding a huge run off the front of the barn. Maybe I need an Emu or two.

Sooo... my ultimate goal is to get down to 100 chickens.

Gave my DW an Ipad for the holidays, she thinks that is her one gift!!! But really its a distraction.... I want a barn! i'm about to do it to it! Looking at different plans and gathering my crew of knowledgeable helpers. It will house my Wood shop first, then the chickens, and a Propagation\\incubation room with my green house attached! This might take some planing and real work but im up for it! Figure the Greenhouse can be a temp run while I then fence my final Barn yard and property. These are my Goals today! ha
