The little brats found a corner of the feed shed to lay in. About impossible to twist and turn my body to get in there. I heard a bunch of racket in there and got out the flash light. They tore up a piece of foam and made a nest. I did take the eggs out. I have seen the runners breeding one of the Muscovy girls. I need to separate and move some stuff around so I can get to the nest easier.

Get one of those pick-up tools like they show on TV ads. If it's the type withthe suction cups for the pick-up part, you can use it to get eggs in hard to reach areas.....works real well for DH when he gets from the smaller nesting areas that he can't reach into.

Ok, hubby is doing a dump run (we don't have trash pick up because they don't offer pick up on recycling) and when he gets back we're leaving. Need to stop and pick up girl scout cookies from a friend in Garner on the way, so we'll probably be there around noonish.

We've had a straight hazy sprinkling rain since I got up, so I wasn't able to go out and dig up anymore bulbs. :( I was hoping to get some Grape Hyacinth but its all mud at this point. Boooo

I will be bringing a few iris bulbs and red king cannas.
