Looked like a lovely day as I was driving to work this morning. I can not wait until I'm off today! I have a four-day weekend that I'm looking forward to. Yay!

I baked sourdough pumpkin/cranberry muffins and pecan pie muffins to bring in to work today, just to celebrate. (I love to bake...and eat, so I must share the calories!)

All my chickies are doing well. The eggs in the incubator are looking good. I'm starting the second incubator tomorrow. Hopefully I'll get a good hatch on turkeys and chickens.

There was a turkey hen in my yard this morning! She didn't stick around long, but dh said there was a pair in the yard yesterday as well. Maybe they will nest here? Anyone know anything about wild turkeys?
