Our nest boxes. Note the contents of the bottom right box.The front retaining edges of the boxes are hinged to flip down for cleaning out. The top is slanted so nobody can perch on it, and also hinged, so tools and such can be stored underneath it. This is from a couple years ago.

Any pictures I have ever posted are fair game for any educational purposes!

I tried to fix the splayed leg with the bandaid methond. Poor thing kept falling over and could not get back up. So DH helped take the band aid off. So what did I do wrong when I tried putting the band aid on. It look like the easiest method to try plus I had band aids. I want to try again tomorrow. How do I position her legs together so she wont fall over and can hopefully correct this. It is not terriabley bad. She does leave it straight out to the side when standing but walks okay. Still working on the blood or whatever it is on the other chicks head. The soapy water did not really work, so I dont even know if it is dried blood. No one is picking on this check and he/she is very active.

Quote: How did you set up those bottle feeder/waterers? We have new babies coming and we are already using all the small ones from TSC out in the coop. Thanks for those pics though. I totally forgot about NNs.. I think the 3rd graders willl love them lol
I can get pics of my redneck waterer and feeder for you tomorrow. Pretty easy to make.
