When I went to open the Coup this morning this is what I found. Chicken in a Basket LOL the basket was just in there for decoration.

Zak great article! I am from Winston-Salem and my dad still lives near the Wake Forest campus. It is great to see articles like these which will hopefully serve to educate the general public about the benefits of having chickens.

well, we don't live in the best neighborhood and the babies just hung around the yard by themselves during the day. sometimes wondering to the neighbors house but he loves them and would feed them when they came around. It wouldn't surprise me if a kid was walking by and just took them.....just kind of makes me wonder what the world is coming to.

And I saw on the news that a race car driver bought the most expensive house in NC right there on lake norman! I wish I could afford something like that! hahaha

I have a neighbor that like to bring his grand babies to the fence to watch the chickens. (Until the dogs notice) lol

No more sneezing. DH reminded me that my son had sweep the cob webs off the rafters the day before. It may have just been dust.

Been very busy at work. Working on getting the coop ready for cooler weather.
