Good afternoon everyone!! Happy Cyber Monday (lol) for those of you who do not brave Black Friday, today is the day for online sales!!
I received a Cyber Monday sales add from a hatchery!! I kept it away from the hubby as he's already wanting to find a place to put a brooder box and has been researching incubators!!
I have tried to tell him ONE incubator is enough (especially since this one only does one...maybe but hopefully NOT two)!! In case you haven't picked up on it yet...we are expecting another bundle of joy next summer (AHHH....a summer pregnancy!!) We are keeping it a "secret" from the family until Christmas. DH has a cute idea to take a photo of the girls in their matching Christmas dresses (the dress pattern from hades
but they are FINISHED!!
) and a pair of white booties with a little sign that says Arriving August 2013!! We did share the news with my sister as the due date is actually her birthday so, she is the only one (aside from a long distant best friend and a BYC'er or two...and now all...LOL) who knows.
To celebrate, we're going to order a bunch (ok, maybe 10) of females (after we pick up those that are being held for us) and try the whole brooding experience...this winter - it will give the girls something to do while it gets colder out!!
Christmas is less than 1 month away - I have NO decorations up, but I do have ALL my Christmas presents wrapped - the ones that are here at least!!
