NORTH CENTRAL FLA "BYC" SWAP (UPDATES) post #1/JAN.16th/Dunnellon, Fl.

So far it looks like we will be having egg, chicks and birds of Silkies, Wheatens and Black Copper Marans, Brahmas, Barred Rocks, Rhode Island Reds, Salmon Faverolles, Golden Laced Wyantottes, Polish, Americauanas (EEs) and Araucanas. The more the better. Possibly we will have some game birds, Pheasants, Quail. Hopefully someone will bring some ducks which would be nice. Since it is a few months away, I'm sure we will have many different breeds. Get those eggs in the bators…

I can hatch out and bring Cayugas in black, blue and splash....

This Swap Meet is really shaping up and we still have a few months to go. I am hoping if this turns out to be a very successful Swap Meet that maybe we can do it at least yearly.

I realize I may be a bit premature on this thought. My DH is more concerned than I am as I keep pointing out to him, the Swap Meet isn't next week it's in January. Since this will be the first time we have hosted a Swap Meet he is concerned about having enough tables and chairs. I will have a couple of picnic tables and a couple of folding tables and a couple of small patio tables. I will try to scrounge more. We do not have many chairs. (maybe 5). I will hopefully have a grille for those who want to grill. I sold my big grill and am going to see if I can borrow one. I have a table top grill.

On another note. If anyone is bringing eggs and/or chicks, we will have electricity. We don't have it in the barn yet but will by the time of the Swap Meet.

Update:
We have decided to also make this Swap Meet a Yard Sale too. So if you have any items that you would like to sell other than poultry items bring them along too.
