Thank you everyone for your words of kindness. My hubby let me order a new incubator and I'm getting more eggs next week. He's also letting me order some chicks in the meantime. I've been very discouraged but refuse to be defeated

It's nice to have you guys to share with though because I know you really understand how I feel

My final hatch update: 2 perfectly hatched chicks out of 79. Very dismal results...it kinda makes me want to vomit

Still not sure how 2 hatched just fine without any issues and the rest died. New incubator is on its way. The babies are a BCM and a gold partridge brahma.
Oh goodness :( I'm so sorry to hear that. I somehow missed this earlier.

If you want any babies, lemme know, I'll throw a few your way.

I liked these 2 blue cochin bantams, I asked hubby to stop by N. 40 and pick up 2 more...

He came back with these 2 bantams the same age, but not blue cochin, does anyone know what kind they are? one has a comb like a SLW the other has a straight comb.
The new ones were picking on the others, (I know it is usually the other way around, but I view them as day care chicks)on the left you will see a worried look on a blue cochin.

I had to separate them, the chicks I got first went to their own box, see the window between boxes on the right...with wire in front

This chick is looking at the other chicks having fun, well buddy you would be with them if you behaved. I will house them together at night in the dark, hopefully they will blend soon.

These guys look like they are in jail...

Does anyone have a picture of an Ameraucana roo? I am trying to figure out what my two are. I would like to compare.

Also, does anyone have face pictures of the Seramas? I think I have a roster.

The lighter one actually has a comb that is blending in with the wall behind it.

I'm thinking your 2 Ameraucanas are pullets, and it does look like you have a pullet and roo serama.
