Yeah I hatched them. I got a set from a person on here, and a set from ebay, out of 20 eggs I got 11 ducks, and only 4 were female and we were keeping them for eggs. I have Tuesday off this coming week or next weekend. They were hatched March 5th or so... will have to look back on my BYC history. This coming weekend they're only 8 weeks old! It feels like we've had them forever already! Geez!

i hatched 0 out of 28. if you breed your ducks when they get older i would love to buy a few. I think they are beautiful ducks. I hope they are a calm duck. i have read that they are.
What is a good time, on Tue? Where do you live, Spirit Lake? I have a friend that just moved there a couple of weeks ago, maybe i can make a day of it. How old are your children. my friend has 3 children 6, 7 & 9 yo, or there abouts. she wants to get chickens and ducks later after they settle in.
Anyway, maybe i could introduce you or maybe she will come to one of our meets. Do you know when the next meet is? if it is soon, maybe i could p/u the ling then???

That's how our Cornish X's are!! Almost makes it hard to want to butcher them suckers.....

Four ducks for sale. 2 runner ducks. One silver, one black. I beleive the silver is a boy. A white one supposed to be a pekin but its the same size as the runners. And a buff or saxony. Still unsure of breed. Some on byc on a diff thread said its a saxony. Beleive to be a hen but i could be wrong. 6 weeks old. Very friendly! Follow me all over the yard. $10 each. Can meet in cda if anyone is interested. Can text pictures to anyone.and videos. I will try to upload them again but it wasnt working . I will be putting them on craislist as well

They are calm, but can get very loud when I have to catch them for any reason. They also tend to be on the loud side when the geese go exploring and leave their little group behind. But they're not particularly flighty, and learned where the property line was real quick after having to drive them away from the neighbor's yard. Now they don't go over there.

I'm right in between Spirit lake and Athol, but w/in Athol city limits. My kids are 10 and 15. I don't know when our next meet is, doesn't sound like we have one planned yet.

Hi, I want your Saxony, if you know for sure that is what breed it is.
Meeting in CDA is great for me.
