Northern CA COOP TOUR/ Social Event?

Did the coop tour ever happen? I am interested if anyone else thinks it would be fun.

I'm new so I don't know if anything came about with the coop tour on this thread. My local "peeps" have an upcoming tour in Madison, WI. You can check out madcitychickens.com and look under events. There may be some useful information there about getting something started in your area. I really wish I could attend this tour, but both my boys have sporting events on Saturdays during the fall.
