Northern California Newbies Want to Help Others Process

Hi Folks,
We recently got our first 7 meat chickens.

So far the experience has been wonderful. These are some HAPPY little Cornish X chickens:

We've been studying YouTube videos, and reading all the wonderful tutorials here on BYC, getting ready for the big day. There are some amazing resources out there, but there is nothing like real-life experience.

If there are any Northern California people processing their chickens in the next two weeks, we would love to tag along, help, and learn.
