I actually am trying to save up to possibly have it catered by Dinosaur BBQ. If you've never had it you have NO IDEA how good it is, they'd do chicken and pork.

I picture PC giving a vegetable processing demo! Our very own Ron Popeil!

Ever hear a tomato scream?

I could throw in with you...since Nat is bringing drinks and it's sometimes complicated to bring things across the border...it could be my contribution.

I would contribute too. That way I do not have to plan for and travel with food. MAybe others would find this an easier contribution as well. I am sure I am not the only one how would be put to shame by momma and Brindle's cooking skills.

Fo' sho'! I can bake though. Cooking not so much. And the only time we had a chance to eat at Dinosaurs in Syracuse...there was NO parking anywhere! I love their sauce. I'd be happy to make a ton of buttermilk buscuits. Anything left over we can make strawberry shortcake. Just sayin'.

I just HAPPEN to have an organic strawberry field across the street that's owned by the people I'm buying the farm from.
