I actually want the fish AND want to learn how to make them.

If you have a plasma cutter and can weld it should be no problem. We actually took the idea from something we saw in California and made better (in our opinion). Made them heavier and painted them. One of them actually road out hurricane Ike in the front of our house. It is on a 5' pole in very hard ground and is very stable. They way ~35 lbs.

It just so happens that I DO have a plasma cutter and a welder!!! Totally joking. Put that on my birthday wish list. Welding classes and a plasma cutter!
