Northwest AR proceser needed?

we are wanting to try some meat birds. we are looking for a place to take them when there done to get them cleaned. i would normaly try this myself but i have just had my arm bone shortend. doctor said no use of this arm for 3 months. i tried calling feed stores but no luck with any one that knows were to take them. northwest AR is the home of tyson so i figured they would have some around. any help?
