noshock vs omelet fencing

I live in a neighborhood with an HOA and houses that are fairly close together. We have chickens but no fence that encloses the yard. It wasn't an issue last year but I see that the girls are very interested in the neighbor's yards (hunting chipmunks). So I have been looking at options to keep them in our yard. They free range when we are home and are in their locked run when we can't watch them. Has anyone used the non-electrified Omelet fencing? or NoShock Premier Fencing? I realize this won't keep predators out but for now I am looking to keep my chickens contained to the yard with fencing that I can more around . Electrified fencing not allowed

The Omlet fencing should do the job of containing your chickens. Last thing you need is a complaint to the HOE Ruling Class Kings.
