Not a Buff Orpington?

Most likely White Rock or White Leghorn. Looks a bit course for a Leghorn so I'd lean towards Rock. Leghorns will also develop white earlobes with age and lay white eggs while Plymouth Rocks have red earlobes and lay brown eggs!
Are we sure it's white? To me it looks like a really light splash color. May just be my phone screen.

That could be as well. I couldn't tell where Homestead Gardens sources its chicks.
I think they hatch some of their own but it's unclear. I know they'll sell at all ages from their layers. Here's what they said they had left a week ago - I wonder if she's an Amber Star

Amending that- based on the fact that they had whiting true greens and Niederrheiners, I'm going with McMurray Hatchery
