My previous account, Anna_MN, was locked because my email affiliated with it was hacked and then Hotmail terminated it. So I had to start all over. I emailed the staff a few times asking if I could just change my email with my old account and I never heard back from them. But all is well, I just have to start over! I'm glad to be back

There is a FAQ link at the very bottom of any page, in the brown footer, that tells how to deal with things like forgotten passwords.
