Should I give her more tonight? Or just again in the morning?

I'm going to up her dose to 2 tsp a day, 1 in the morning and one in the evening

I'd struggle to afford it, and honestly I'm not sure I have a great amount of confidence in our vets knowledge of ducks
Still, I could take her in. I don't want to risk her dying

Yes, usually
Then for the past couple of weeks I started getting a lot of calcium deposits. At first I thought maybe a blip, then it became consistent. Then it stopped.
Then yesterday morning I found an egg with an extremely thin brittle shell, covered in deposits and powder. For no reason other than pure instinct, I guessed it was Sprightly and I started giving her calcium gluconate powder. Later on in the day I had her struggle and lay a soft shell, and the exact same thing happened today

I changed their oyster shells yesterday for finer pieces, small flakes. I thought perhaps she'd stopped eating them due to our usual brand containing larger pieces than usual. But Dougie is still laying normally

Don't worry
Some do suggest epsom salts, but it isn't necessary for this
Just the warm water itself that helps
