I hope if she has to lay today it won't be like yesterday. Keep up with the calcium and keep an eye on her like you are.
all I know about the cal glu is that it does cause contractions that is what @Amiga vet gave to her duck when she was egg-bound. And this is the reason many of us started using it when one of ours had a problem laying. I do know @Aunt Angus had to give her duck multiple doses before she laid so it doesn't sound like it would cause one to lay an egg prematurely.
