Not all the eggs are hatched...

My silkie hen has hatched and dried 8 of her chicks, there are still a few eggs in there that haven’t hatched. I can hear them peeping inside the egg, but they haven’t pipped. All the others chicks are dried out and ready to go. Do the others need help? Mom is still sitting in the nest with her new chicks/unhatched eggs under her, she hasn’t abandoned. But I’m afraid that since the others are all out and ready that the remaining eggs might need assistance. What do you guys think?

Were all eggs set at the same time or were others added during incubation ?

I had one hatch the 4th and another hatch today... all set at the same time in the incubator
