Not Americana pullet. RIR or some other Roo?

This is the now-grown version of the of the "baby girl" who fell asleep in my arms back this past winter, while we were talking about the other hens we bought that day. Obviously, "she" is not an Americana, about to start laying blue-green eggs for us.
Instead, he has been jumping on the hens, and has even begun crowing!

What breed do you think she--oops, HE--really is?
(And if you live near me, would you like to add him to your flock?)

If you were told he was an "Americana" he is probably an Easter Egger roo. I can see from the tiny pic that he's a roo, but I can't tell more than that.

Does he have a pea comb?
