not circulate heat??

pls help my DIY incubator is not circulation the heat. the humidity is stable and the heat is stable but in the first and second layer is more than 38c to 40c then the third and fourth layer is 37c stable the heat, im incubate the gamefowl eggs.. what im doing? tnx for helping

In a still air incubator you can only have one layer of eggs. Warm air rises. As you can see the temperatures are different at different levels. You just can’t keep all eggs at the same temperature with different levels unless you circulate the air.

the air is circulate but i dont understand why the first and second layer only is overheating.. then the third and fourth layer is fined.
