I gave them liquid Corid for 5 days about three weeks ago. Wondering if I should redose to be safe.

A lot of people do a second week at a lower dose after the first week. I would redose for a few days and then do a lower dose for another week after

Yes. Make sure you aren't giving the vitamins while on Corid.
Which exact feed are you using?
Have you checked them will for lice and or mites?

They are on Scratch and Peck Whole Grain Grower Mash -- the bag says its for 8-20 weeks.

I don't see lice or mites, and they're behaving normally except for the three weeks of mucus-y and slightly bloody poops.
