My 8 months old hen was wounded on Dec 8.. Her wounds looks better and are healing but she is not eating, drinking nor pooping. She is very weak, can't stand. Just takes a step at the time. I give her Pedialite, which she take a couple of sips. I'm trying to find a vet in my area (Crestview, FL) but so far no luck:(
What do I do if she doesn't want to eat??
I'm new at this and I feel so hopeless, please help

offer her yogurt, scambled egg, cheese, mealworms, also are you sure she isn't eating? Check her crop and make sure that it is empty of food and she isn't just eating and drinking when you don't look in on her.

There is an avian vet in Panama City Beach, I know that's not real close, but passing it on if you want to check it out. http://breeze.vetstreet.com/
Not all avian vets see chickens, so you'll have to ask.
You can do a search here to see if there are any others close enough for a try: http://www.aav.org/search/custom.asp?id=1803
It can be hard to find one especially if you aren't near a major population center.
You can also try tube feeding to see if you can get her strength up and feeling well enough to start eating on her own. https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/updated-go-team-tube-feeding.805728/

If your hen suffered puncture wounds from the attack, she's likely suffering from a bacterial infection. If you examine her skin very carefully, you may see red skin. That's a sign infection is raging in her body. And yes, it will likely kill her.

At this point, she may be too far gone to save, but you could try putting her on a broad spectrum antibiotic such as penicillin to see if that can turn her around.

I have to agree with the others that euthanasia may be the best for her if she continues to decline.

She has been suffering for 10 days now. If she were going to improve, she would have done so by now, even if just a slow improvement. If she were my bird, I'd have given her 3 - 4 days of wait and see, and then culled if she did not improve in that time. Allowing continued suffering is not in the best interests of the bird, IMO.
