So I have been noticing throughout my entire flock, 10 chickens, that their crops are not getting full. There are about 14 weeks old. And I feed them around 3 pounds a day. They don’t eat the entire 3 pounds. And I see them scratching around in the dirt a lot, but noticing throughout my entire flock that their crops aren’t getting full.

Is there something I can do? Do I feed them different feed and see if they fill their crops? Do I need to try and invite more bugs? Or do I even worry about it?

Put out a good fresh ration and they should eat what the need. If you feed a higher protein ration they will often eat less than when they are fed a lower quality ration. I generally don't worry about feed consumption unless I see a bird looking unwell.

Yeah I have a good feed and I ferment it. But ferment is only half the week. My container is small. I also do table scraps of veggies and fruit.
