Not enuff eggs..or need more chickens

Since it will be at least until spring before I can add to the coop, I will know by then how many real customers I will have.
Making the coop larger will be easy since we used a 16x8 shed frame we had already started and only used half of it, so we will only have to put up walls and floor on the other half.
I am also a stay at home mom, and enjoy working with animals, I am also getting dairy goats, and hope to make and sell soaps and lotions out of the extra milk. And I am starting a bee hive for honey.
Around here, the egg prices vary, my nephew only pays $1.75 a dozen and I have seen some for sale for $3.00 a dozen. I am selling mine for $2.00 to $2.50 a dozen, depending on size.
My dh also would give them away if I didn't insist on getting paid for them. I at least would like to break even to start with.... have enough for myself, then sell enough to pay for feed.
