Oh they are TOO cute I like the oveen mit idea

. One of my banty milly d uccles is SUPER aggressive and I have to very swiftly grab her back and lift her and place her someplace else. I know it kind of sounds mean but it doesnt hurt her because I grab most of the feathers on her back so there isnt a lot of pressure in one spot. The hen gets more angry at being moved than anything lol

Waiting for chicks to hatch is exciting! Our chickens are silkies, and they are pretty small, but I will remember the oven mitt for the next time we have a broody hen!
