Not flying

My chicken is usually a flyer. She flies to my shoulder from the ground. The last 2 days she is unable to. She struggles to get a few inches off the ground. This evening, she is unable to get on her perch in the coop. She’s sleeping on the ground. She is eating and walking seems fine. Her wings appear to be ok. When she tries to fly- they both extend. Not sure what’s going on

How old is she?
How high is the roost/perch?
Is she the only bird?

She’s almost 16 weeks. There’s 2 other chickens. She’s been roosting all along without any difficulty. she’s always been a good flyer, So much so she can be annoying bc she’s always flying at you , but now struggles to get on my shoulder if I’m squatted down. She’s eating and moving normally. It’s been almost a week now.
I can put her on the roost at night and she gets down on her own in the am.
